Qigong (chee-gung) for Beating Burnout (12 min routine)

This qigong session by Mimi is the GOAT. Only 12 mins in duration, it is such a great reset.

Mimi's love for qigong got me into becoming a qigong instructor! So thank you Mimi

WHY I love qigong...the qigong I practice is Medical Qigong, which means the forms I do and the sequences I practice with myself and my clients have a purpose of working the stress juices out of the body. It is very organ focused & I just love how doing certain movements (such as Monkey Picking Fruit = targets the gallbladder) really gets the energy flowing to organs of elimination.


Qigong also promotes a parasympathetic response from my body through deep breathing. This is the nervous system response that simulates the rest and repair response of our body. Who couldn't use a bit of that right now?


Lastly since I have been doing qigong (as an athlete) I have experienced FLOW stats more and more often and know qigong & our FLOWpresso sessions have made a massive contribution towards this!
