She has had the privilege of coaching Peak Performance to some amazing athletes - from pros, semi-pros, weekend warriors & sports teams in different codes - to millionaires, career professionals & international CEOs.
She firmly lives & breathes the philosophy of an integrated mind/body approach for higher performance and intimately knows the significant role that the parasympathetic nervous system plays in the peak performance of those at work and athletes.
She is a workshop facilitator, has an online program called FLOWFIT, has coached 1000’s of clients, is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Advanced Pranic Healer, Edisc Trainer Qigong Instructor and Psychosomatic Profiler.
A self-proclaimed Sporty Spice, as she's an ex-National Softball player, keen golfer, tennis player and of course a huge Fed fan. She loves to travel & snow ski: and worked and lived on 4 contents before immigrating to Australia over 16 years ago. Her two young sons are formidable sportsmen, both on student-athlete scholarships in the USA.
Her mission is to see people perform (sustainably) and to succeed beyond every limit they ever place on themselves! To stretch themselves into their full potential by Mastering and Entering their Zone State more frequently.
